Most of the Proxy owners, uses adsense on there front page and adbrite, affiliate links or other CPM ads as well as popups and popunders.
Here are your Options -
1. Home page - Use Adsense or adbrite which pays alot less than adsense.
2. Proxified Pages - Use adbrite ads + popunders or Interstitial ads from adbrite. You can use adversal and paypopup too.

DO NOT use adsense on proxified pages as it is against there Terms of Service. Also DO not use images near adsense ads on front page. Feel free to check some of the Proxy sites from Proxy list to get some idea of what others are doing and using.
